| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Oh, great, more shirtless Tobi. Yes please. (Hyou doing the tongue thing practically while watching him - wonder how many fans he's the perfect self insert for in that moment? xD) Little slow, but very nicely setting up the atmosphere and scene for this match. Could pretty much feel like I was right there too. The teachers complaining about the heat and lack of air though... like, come on. They aren't even the ones who have to play. |

| With nine episodes left the practice match between Kuzu and Taiei has begun. Kuzu starts the game without Tobi, but Hyou was late. I'm thinking he overslept from practicing too hard. |

| Ngl I'm quite excited for this match after today's episode, this was a nice build up episode for the match. As usual everyone's looking down on sora XD, too bad they are gonna be surprised real soon. |

| Tension rose up, I kind felt it in my bones I believe the next 8 episodes will be consecrated to this last match, with 2 episodes per quarter time. This is actually the last chance to give us - the viewers - an exceptional or epic last memory. Go for it Kuzu High ! |

| Hmmm. Tension? Yes! Sexual? Hmmmm... Hyou x Tobi? YESSS! That lip-licking while observing Tobi YESSS! *drool* BTW. I just couldn't unsee this but isn't it a Slam Dunk reference?? I'm pretty sure Sakuragi Hanamichi must have said something similar along those lines. I read/watched Slam Dunk a while ago so I cannot exactly remember if it was exactly like this though. Anyone? |

| I always liked how this series handles build-up episodes before important matches and this one was no exception. Pretty nice set-up for what's to come though it's such a shame it will be quickly forgotten once the match starts considering how bad the studio is with pacing and stuff. Guess this will be another 7/8 episodes-long match, right? Anyways, still looking forward to seeing how much Kuzu has improved. Only expectation for this match: Momoharu doing a badass dunk and becoming the captain this team needs. |

| Omg that Takahashi & Chiba scene. I have so much respect for Chiba. He’s the man. What a huge teddy bear. I hope the manga goes more into Kojima, Takahashi & China’s friendship. They seem like such solid guys. Those black uniforms!!!!! ♡_____♡ I also almost exploded at the end when Tobi said I’ll be over there quickly. Just wait. HNNNNNNGGGGGGG And lol @ that little detail of Shiraishi holding down Hyou while they were bowing. Cute♡ |

| I'm pretty hyped about this match. Seeing that there are 9 episodes left and previous matches covered a lot of eps, I guess this will be the last match for this season. The comeback of their team better be grandiose after watching 41 episodes of their development and even their lowest point. |
