Typhoon is over 18, he just likes to cub out when not in the academy

Typhoon's Fantasy:
Here we see Typhoon taking some time off to play with Mercury 2 and a couple of other Quicksilver plush toys to add to his collection. Ricky likes to play with Typhoon and despite being an honorable knight, he doesn't mind playing as evil villain mastermind for Typhoon's fantasies, in this case, he's taking the role of Rei, a typhlosion who is part of the dark gator pirates (whom typhoon dislikes), and it looks like the evil mastermind kidnapped Lavender. Typhoon, Mercury 2 and Venus 2 decided to band together to save him.
Venus decided to stay behind and cover them as they went to stop the evil gator pirate from using Lavender for bad things again. With skill and ability, Typhoon and Mercury 2 managed to defeat the mastermind's pet Flygon, and the evil poke at a loss decided to sick Lavender on them.

However, Mercury managed to distract the evil phlosion while Typhoon destroyed the jail and freed lavender. Together all 4 managed to defeat the mastermind and put a stop to his evil way as he lied their defeated, and they decided to throw his pet flygon in there as all 4 laughed as they readied their diaper breathes.

End of Fantasy

Ricky and Typhoon enjoy playing with plush toys and Ricky even started getting some toys so the two phlosion brothers can play games, and Typhoon managed to get his hands on a shadow lugia and shiny lugia toys for his fantasies. Ricky always happy to play as an evil mastermind sincce Typhoon always gets to be paired with Mercury 2 and this one of Typhoon's dreams. To go on an adventure with the real Quicksilver family, even if it's just in his fantasies which Ricky happy to indulge in as he enjoys it also. Also helps to get most of it out of his system for when he has to go back to his barracks.

Typhoon not in a tf diaper as he likes to wear his lugia diapers when he plays with Mercury 2 as it helps him get in the play zone. Admit it, this is still all of us as of right now. Now i'm even more jealous, he has three lugia toys and those two are rare, though those two were probably gifts from Mercury's brother and sister as they found it charming that Typhoon is their elder brother's biggest fan. He hopes to someday have the entire Quicksilver family on his shelves and this also shows a little of his room such as a picture of Mercury and a closet where his lugia clothes. plush toys and lugia diapers are in there. He's known to be very playful on a full tummy as he usually plays after dinner or when home from the academy.

As for why Ricky played the role of Rei, it was fitting to make the fantasy more realistic, but who knows what role ricky will play on their next game, maybe a mad scientist, or even an underground baby dealer. Whichever role he plays Typhoon and Mercury 2 will always stop him. He also really didn't use his diaper breathe on Ricky, was all in his head.
