Learn how to draw, then learn how to animate. This sucks.

The video is good as a tech demo, but simply animating two people talking adds nothing to the humor, especially for viewers who have already seen the source video (i.e. your target audience). Take advantage of the visual medium and add some of your own visual gags. You kinda do this with Jon's cartoonish proportions and his head spinning, but those aren't really gags on their own.

Also, making the characters that ugly clashes with their goofy, child-like personalities in this scene. This works when you're deliberately subverting an innocent setup for shock or humor (like you did with Prostitute Mickey), but when you're playing the source material straight, the gross-out factor seems pointless. That's why you see most Game Grumps fan animations render them as simple, cartoonish figures; it's both cute and fitting. Distorting those figures is usually reserved for reaction shots, like when one of them starts getting angry, and the transition from cute to ugly and back is what makes the visual gag work. If they're ugly all the time, the effect is lost.

I can see why some people would dislike these if they aren't a fan of Game Grumps. I know that GG animations are in excesive popularity, but that is no reason to rate it 0 stars because it's about something you don't like. That isn't a review. Being a fan myself i love them all. I personally like your style and would say they are consistently smooth.

Nice art style, looks like it came out really smooth. Also, I love Game Grumps animations.
